C freshman Serrina Cabral was one of three Pirates with a hit Tuesday in VC's game at first-place Bakersfield.

The VC softball team traveled to first-place Bakersfield College on Tuesday afternoon, falling t the Renegades 8-0 in six innings. The Pirates were limited to three hits in the game, singles by Serrina Cabral, Adriana Clemons and Kaylee Neal.
The Pirates play their fifth away game in a six-game road swing on Thursday April 4 at Allan Hancock College. First pitch in Santa Maria is scheduled for 2:30 pm.
