Women's Water Polo sophomore Paige Treloar-Ballard earned first-team All-American honors for the 2016 season in voting by Southern California coaches released last month. Two other VC sophomores, Lauren Wiksell and Maeve Flynn were named to the All-SoCal Regional team for their efforts in helping the Pirates to a runner-up finish in the Western State Conference and the highest win total in the 17-year tenure of head coach Mary Giles.
Treloar-Ballard finished her career as the Pirates' all-time leading goal scorer. In 2015 she earned All-SoCal Region honors as a freshman.
Wiksell, meanwhile, became the program's all-time assists leader. Flynn was fourth on the team in scoring and third in assists.
