VOLLEYBALL: The Pirate volleyball team fell 3-1 on the road to Allan Hancock College in another close match 22-25, 26-28, 25-20, 23-25 Friday night in Santa Maria. Dana Cleavenger had 46 assists and three service aces for VC while Sarah Veloz registered 14 kills, 17 digs, and an ace. Kirra Drury had 13 kills and 14 digs and Sydney Morris recorded 15 digs.
The Pirates will travel to Moorpark on Wednesday Nov. 13 for a 6:00 pm match before coming home for their season finale against Santa Barbara on Friday Nov. 15 at 7:00 pm.
