MEN'S TENNIS: The VC men's tennis team's post-season hopes took a shot Tuesday as the Pirates dropped a 7-2 decision in a non-conference match at Cerritos College Tuesday. The Falcons, champions of the South Coast Conference, swept doubles play, and won four of the six singles matches over Ventura (5-5, 4-2). Victor Dos Santos (No. 4 singles) and Arthur Da Silva (No. 5 singles) were the only Pirates who came away with points in the match.
