Ronnie Williams is in his second season as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for VC aquatics programs in 2022.
Coach Williams is a native of Ventura and a graduate of Buena High School. He attended the University of Redlands where he played basketball, graduating in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in history.
After college, williams volunteered as an intern for the Redlands Strength and Conditioning program and later became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Williams earned his Master's in Education degree from Grand Canyon University in 2019. He teached middle school physical education and also works as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school level.
