The Pirate football team has one game remaining in the 2024 season. After their ninth straight season of at least seven wins, Ventura (7-3) will host Long Beach (6-4) on Wednesday Nov. 27 in the Scooter's BBQ Beach Bowl. Kickoff at the VC Sportsplex is scheduled for 6:00 pm.
The Pirates are making their 13th straight post-season appearance under head coach Steve Mooshagian. The finished second in the Northern Conference of the Southern California Football Association with a 5-2 conference mark. Long Beach, meanwhile was third in the SCFA's Central Conference with a 5-2 conference record.
Admission prices for the game are set by the 3C2A and are $12 for adults and $8 for seniors and students. (Only 3C2A or CCCFCA Pass are accepted, no other passes will be accepted.) Tickets are available for pre-purchase online at https://ventura.vbotickets.com/events.
