As a three-year standout at Royal High School in Simi Valley, Creek earned almost every award possible in the cage including All‐CIF‐SS first team (twice), Marmonte League “Goalie of the Year”, and two seasons as a first team selecƟon by both the Ventura County Star and the Daily News.

Brandy began her career in water polo for the orange and black and coach Giles in 2005 and earned WSC Most Valuable Player and All‐American honors as a freshman, turning back a then-school‐record 281 shots in goal. She led the team to a perfect mark in conference play and to the WSC tournament championship, VC’s second straight conference title.

As a sophomore, Brandy continued her stellar play in the cage with 249 saves, sixth‐best all‐time, as the Pirates fell just short of a 3‐peat in conference play. She was once again named the WSC MVP and earned All ‐American honors for the second straight season. She finished her career with a school‐record 530 saves in goal and over her two seasons, VC was 11‐2 against WSC competition.

Brandy also swam with coach Larry Baratte’s Ventura College swim team, helping the Pirates to a two year dual record of 12‐1 against conference competition. She earned first team All‐WSC honors as a sophomore and was a member of the conference champion 200‐yard medley relay team. She helped VC to the 2007 women’s WSC swimming championship.

Following her graduation from Ventura College, Brandy received an athletic scholarship from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY. She played water polo and swam for two seasons with the Terriers. She was named to the 2009 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Women’s Water Polo All ‐Academic Team and was also elected as a team captain for the swim team in 2009. Brandy was also on the Dean’s List at St. Francis.

Brandy was inducted into the Ventura College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016.
