Bill Bailey is in his ninth season with the Ventura College women's soccer program in 2019. He was born and raised in Ventura, and attended Ventura College and graduated from San Diego State University. He currently lives in Ventura with his wife Becky. They raised three children Justin, Sarah and Molly, and they have two grandchildren Jordyn (11) and Peyton (7). Bailey's daughter Sarah was a VC soccer player in 2002 and 2003.
Before joining VC, Bill was the head girls varsity soccer coach at Ventura High School from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, he was affiliated with the Ventura Millennium and Camarillo Eagles Soccer Clubs. In addition to Ventura College, Bill is an evaluator for the Cal South Olympic Development Program.
When not on the soccer field, Bill works in the RETECHS/Commercial Real Estate Loan department of U.S. Bank in Ventura.
