Steve Reardon

Steve Reardon enters his sixth season with VC's swim teams in 2022. He will serve as the teams' Co-Head Coach again this year. In 2017 he helped coach Mary Giles led the Pirate men to the program's fourth straight Western State Conference title, its 17th overall. He also assisted the VC women to a runner-up finish in the conference that year.  In 2019, Reardon helped direct the VC men to another WSC runner-up finish.

Reardon joined the staff with 35 years of swim coaching experience in Southern California at the high School and club levels. He is a member of USA swimming and has reached level IV achievements. He has developed and trained countless CIF champions and many of his swimmers have become community college All-Americans at Ventura College and enjoyed successful careers at the four-year level.
