The Pirates' men's tennis team was featured in the All-Western State Conference awards for the 2024 season, with all six singles players earning first team honors and all three doubles teams being named second team all-conference. Cody Ray Emery led the award winners for VC as the Co-Player of the Year award leading the Pirates to their third straight WSC crown.

Emery battled through injuries this season to lead the Pirates to a perfect 6-0 conference mark, with VC totaling 25 consecutive WSC victories since the 2019 season. He was awarded the Co=Player of the Year award before he went 4-1 in singles play at the WSC Tournament to finish as the runner-up, and before he and doubles partner Rafael Matias won the WSC doubles title.

Matias, who finished 5-1 in WSC play, was a co-first team honoree at No. 2 singles while Lucas Abreu was first team in the No. 3 slot, also with a 5-1 WSC record. Julian Tellez, Robinson Pelluault and Edgar Ploquin were all undefeated in conference play with 6-0 marks to complete the Pirates' near-sweep of the first team All-WSC singles awards.

Emery and Matias were named second team All-WSC in doubles in the No. 1 slot while Abreu and Leo Pham-Kobayashi were second team all-conference in No. 2 doubles. Tellez and Ploquin were named second team All-WSC in No. 3 doubles.

In addition to completing the Pirates' 20th WSC championship in 26 years under head coach Nelson Emery, the Pirates posted an overall record of 18-6, including a 17-1 mark against community college teams en route to the 2024 3C2A State Team Championship, Ventura's third under Coach Emery. Additionally, VC won the Gorham Cup as the outstanding community college team at The Ojai Tournament.
